Fall NEARC 2022 has ended
Welcome to the interactive web schedule for the 2022 Fall NEARC Conference! To return to the NEARC website, go to: https://www.northeastarc.org/fall-nearc.html

COVID SAFETY POLICY

  • As we move into the Fall season and Covid case numbers increase once again, the NEARC Board of Directors has decided to move forward with requirements to protect everyone’s health while respecting individual choices. All attendees will be required to show proof of vaccine (vaccine card or picture of card are both acceptable) OR proof of negative rapid Covid-19 test. Negative test results should be from within 24 hours of the event, or 72 hours if PCR test. If you would like to take a rapid test at the conference center, we will provide the test and a private room near registration. Let us know if you have any questions about this policy! Please also work with us to respect the choices of all attendees regarding masking.

MEALS
  • Most of your meals are provided as part of conference registration, but if you or a guest plan to eat at one of the hotel restaurants when you arrive or during your visit, reservations are often required! See more info below and at the hotel website:
    • Main Dining Room, Open Daily 7 AM – 10 AM & 5:30 PM - 9 PM – Reservations Required for dinner: 603-278-8864.
    • Stickneys, Open Daily 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM – Reservations Required: 603-278-8864.

    • Fabyan’s Station (located down the road), Thursday - Sunday only, 11:30 AM – 9 PM, advance reservations are not available & hours are subject to change, (603) 278-2222.

SCHED
  • Sched allows you to peruse the agenda, create a custom agenda, view the hotel floorplan, learn more about sponsors and exhibitors, and connect with other attendees! It is also the way that you reserve a spot in workshops with limited hands-on seats. If you know you want to attend a session, add it to your agenda! This helps us and the presenters know how many people to expect in their talk.

WORKSHOPS
  • Most of the Wednesday workshops have set capacities for the participants who are considered hands-on (and who receive the attention and support of the presenter during the workshop). Reserve your seat by adding the workshop to your personal Sched schedule. HOWEVER – there will be additional seating behind the reserved seating and walk-ins are welcome to participate. Walk-ins will experience the workshop as a presentation or demo.

EDUCATORS DAY
  • Your conference registration also gives you access to virtual NEARC Educators Day (Sunday, November 6)! You have a couple of options if you would like to participate:
  • Links to join the virtual conference Zooms will be posted in the Sched Agenda and will be live about 10 minutes before each session starts.
  • Two meeting rooms at the Mt. Washington Hotel have been reserved for folks who arrive early enough and wish to join others participating in Educators Day. The “Watch Party” rooms are Ammonoosuc and Dartmouth and are indicated in the Sched Agenda. Please note that we are not providing any AV in these rooms – you will use your own device to participate.
